For an advanced sculpture class taken my senior year, the final project was to create a portable method for displaying art. For my interpretation of this assignment, I constructed a portable shower stall, and printed the "clichéd" works shown below on a large scale poster printer, approximately 24" high. Prior to mounting on the works foam core, I washed the digital prints down with denatured alcohol, causing the dyes to run, giving a "washed out" look. The mounted prints were placed on shower curtains, then hung on my custom-made steel frame, which measured approximately 6'x6'x6'.
